Me and my husband have been searching for almost 5 months for our first home in Perris, CA. We've made couple of offers, but NO LUCK!!. We came across these Townhouse in Lake Elsinore, CA they are beautiful. (brand new) it has everything we are looking for. they range about the same price as single family homes in Perris.
